Took up the parlour carpet.
Mr Harbour put a new range in our little room, I returned Mr J.G.G.s books.
In the evening we went to Newport to hear the Rev. R.H. Spurges preach, his text was chapter Mathew . The chapel was very full, we arrived home about half past 9 o’clock.
We went to church in the afternoon. Miss Alford drank tea with us. In the evening we to chapel.
